TOS – OFA 32 CNC6

The OFA 32 CNC 6 vertical gear hobbing machine is designed for milling spur gears with straight and helical teeth, sprockets, worm gears milled by radial and tangential methods, gears with longitudinal modification, spline shafts and other types of gears milled by hobbing.

The modern design with the clearance of the milling support and table allows milling of hardened wheels and speed milling of unhardened wheels with carbide tools. The machine is suitable for serial and piece production. The operation, adjustment and maintenance of the machine are designed to be simple, fast and force-free. The automatic work cycle of the machine and, if necessary, the equipping of the machine with a workpiece magazine enables multi-machine operation. In the basic version, the machine is equipped with the Sinumerik ONE control system and drives from Siemens. It has six controlled axes.
