TOS – OHA 50 CNC

The OHA 50 CNC 5 vertical shaping machine with the SINUMERIK ONE control system, which provides control of five axes and with digital servo drives of controlled axes, is a high-performance universal machine designed for shaping external and internal gearing of spur gears with straight and helical teeth. In addition to controlling individual axes, the system provides control of all machine functions, the course of the automatic work cycle and fault and operational diagnostics. The machine can also be used to shape various curved discs, toothed segments and, with the use of special accessories, combs up to 1000 mm in length. Up to 20 cuts can be selected for each shape.
