TOS – BUB 50 B

The BUB 50B Multi grinding machine with program-controlled automatic rotation of the grinding unit around the vertical axis and a CNC control system is designed for external or internal grinding of workpieces clamped between centers or flying in a chuck in the driving headstock. The automatic rotation of the grinding unit, equipped with multiple grinding wheels, significantly expands the technological capabilities of the grinder.

CE machine design, SIEMENS Sinumerik ONE control system, MCP2200c operator panel with 22″ IPC477E monitor, controlled axes X – grinding unit infeed, Z – table feed, B – grinding unit rotation, hand wheel for X and Z axes (switching), linear and circular interpolation of X and Z axes, own programming in ISO code, remote diagnostics, complete covering with manually or automatically operated doors.
