TOS – TT 75

The TOS Turn 75 multifunctional turning center is a production machine for fully automatic (semi-automatic) machining of shaft and flange components in optimal machining time with very high accuracy. The TT 75 machine is characterized by the possibility of using the most modern tools in the field of turning, milling and other technological operations, which are based on high support of the CNC system from the very clamping of the workpiece into this machine. Complex structural nodes are solved by state-of-the-art computational methods capturing the machining environment as realistically as possible. The robust bed ensures the high rigidity of the machine required for precision machining as well as for power machining in two spindles and independent supports.

All carriages are equipped with longitudinal and transverse shift, the main carriage is located above the workpiece, other auxiliary supports can be placed above and below the workpiece.
