TOS – BUB 40 B

The BUB 40 B Profi grinder is designed for grinding in automatic cycles and also allows manual grinding. In the basic version, the machine is equipped with approx. twenty ready-made programs with the possibility of additional SW options. Programming is carried out in a dialogue form (parametric value entry) using prepared programs on the machine or directly by programming using ISO code. Manual grinding and grinding in automatic work cycles is designed for grinding the external rotating and conical surfaces of workpieces in a longitudinal or plunge-cut method. The machine allows grinding of face surfaces using equipment for internal grinding (other designs), internal cylindrical and conical holes, etc. The workpieces can be clamped between the centres, in a chuck, collets, or on the magnetic clamping plate of the driving headstock. The driving headstock, the grinding headstock and the upper table can be manually rotated for taper grinding, or SW taper grinding options by interpolating the X-Z axes. The machines in the Profi version are equipped with a Siemens Sinumerik ONE control system.
